All clothing is available in Newborn, 3 Mo or 6 Mo sizes.

Only the highest quality natural fabrics and imported laces are used for these garments, embellished with a combination of machine and hand embroidery. The blankets can be lined with the softest cuddly fabric called "Minky".

If you don't know if you're expecting a little boy or girl, but want to order a very special layette, that's not a problem. At 'Child's Gender' on the order form, mark 'Unknown'. In the case of custom garments, there will be as many consultations as needed to arrive at a garment that is exactly what you dreamed of. Together we will come up with a design that will be appropriate whatever the baby is.

Old Fashioned Sailor Suit (with Hat or Bonnet and Blanket)

Damian's ensemble is made from Australian Pique in baby blue and Birdseye Pique in cream. Mom was unable to decide between a classic bonnet and a little sailor hat so I made both. The Sailor Suit has been monogrammed with baby's first initial. The baby's name is the central point of the embroidery design on the baby's blanket which is made from the same cream colored fabric as the suit. The name is surrounded by sweet little baby animal designs. The blanket is lined with the softest minky and trimmed with blue silk satin.

Classic Pink Ensemble (with Bonnet and Blanket)

Kayleigh's dress is made of very pale baby pink and white Imported Swiss 100% cotton batiste. It is trimmed with white French lace and hand embroidered with small bullion roses and leaves and monogrammed with a large "K" in the center of the medallion on the front of the dress. There is a little pink slip with matching embroidery and a matching bonnet trimmed in the same lace as the dress and silk satin ribbon. The slip shoulders have button closure and the dress has button closure from neck to hem, these features make it easier to dress an infant. The back of the bonnet and the sleeves of the dress have ribbon ties that can be pulled tighter or looser to make them fit the infant better. The matching blanket has Kayleigh's name embroidered in the center of a matching medallion.

Custom Design Ensemble

The examples shown on the Web site are of items comparable to what is available.  However, no two items are ever exactly alike. You may choose one of the existing designs at the pricing shown. These designs are then customized by your choices of fabric, lace, trims, embroidery and personalization.

Alternatively, we can discuss creation of a completely custom layette. When we receive your order you will receive a call within two (2) business days to set up a consultation to discuss the creation of your layette and the choices (color, fabric, trim, etc) available to you. A basic layette would include a dress with slip or a suit, a blanket and a bonnet.

You may choose a variety of additional matching accessories to augment the basic layette such as booties, bibs, onsies, pillows etc. All of these are available at an additional fee. After the consultation we will send you a completed description of your layette to insure we agree on the choices you have made along with pricing.
