Thank you for your interest in ordering an Oh Sew Special product offering. Here's a few things you might have wondered about.

How to Order
You are welcome to initiate your order using our secure online Order Form or order by phone.

It is our plan to offer payment by credit card but at this time, we will only accept checks or money orders for your purchases.

When Your Payment is Due
Baby Bonnets
Full amount is due at the time of the order.

Coming Home Ensembles
50% deposit due upon agreement of design then payment in full prior to delivery. We will provide a photo online or via email when the second payment is due. As all garments are custom there will be as many consultations as needed to arrive at a garment that is exactly what you dreamed of.

Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, rent, or exchange for marketing purposes any of the information that you provide to us.

Rates
The rates are shown on the Product pages and on our Order Form. Rates shown do not including tax, where applicable, or shipping fees.

Gift Wrap
Whether or not you are Direct Shipping, you may choose to have your purchase gift wrapped. Select that option as a $7.99 add-on to your order. Let us know what names are to appear on the gift tags (To: and From:).

Shipping & Handling / Delivery Time
All gifts are professionally packed and shipped through USPS Ground unless otherwise requested on your order.

Shipping / delivery will normally be (Anywhere in the continental U.S.):

Coming Home Ensemble	Under $25	allow 6-8 weeks for delivery

Rush orders
Rush orders may be accommodated if time allows.
Coming Home Ensemble - There will be an additional $75.00 fee for rush orders, when approved.
Bonnets - Let us know the short timeline you would like us to meet. We will advise what the rush order fee is if it can be approved.

Direct Ship
You may select Direct Ship to send directly to the gift recipient at another mailing address. You may choose this option in order to send your purchase to your work location rather than to your home.

Tax
7% tax applies on non-clothing items for purchasers that are New Jersey Residents.

Every item is done with the love and care befitting our children and they are all tenderly made and unlike any other. Like our children, every one is different, and should you choose to have me make one for your precious little one it will be as special and unique as your child.
